We’re looking for an Area Supervisor to oversee multiple restaurant locations across North Texas. This role is for a hands‑on leader who can develop strong General Managers, hit financial targets, and deliver consistent guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Manage operations for 4–6 restaurants.
- Coach and develop General Managers and their teams.
- Drive performance in sales, labor, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, food safety, and customer service.
- Support growth and continuous improvement strategies.
- 3+ years multi‑unit leadership in quick‑service.
- Strong track record in achieving operational and financial goals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Must be able to travel between locations.
- Competitive salary $75,000 – $85,000 DOE
