REGIONAL MAINTENANCE MANAGER, MULTI-FAMILY

Company Haven Housing is a wholly owned subsidiary of BH Properties, a privately held commercial real estate investment firm focused on value-add acquisitions in office, industrial, retail, affordable and multi-family properties throughout the Western United States along with investments in distressed debt, ground leases and affordable housing. The Company is vertically integrated, with offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Riverside, Phoenix, Dallas, Houston and Seattle and can acquire and close transactions, in most cases, in as little as ten days.

Founded thirty (30) years ago and operating with no outside capital partners allows us advantages in moving quickly and creatively in structuring acquisitions to satisfy seller needs. Today, the Company owns and operates approximately 11M square feet across 18 states.

In May 2025, the Company launched 'Haven Housing', an investment vertical for the sole purpose of acquiring affordable housing and market rate communities. As of its launch, Haven Housing, through its parent company, owns and manages approximately 2,800 residential units.

POSITION The Company is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our multi-family portfolio in the Texas area. The Company intends to grow its residential portfolio through acquisitions which may also include Affordable Housing. The position will report to the Asset Manager, Multi-Family Operations.

LOCATION Dallas, TX

• Conduct regular maintenance inspections to company standards as necessary and report to on-site team
• Stay in constant contact with properties Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager’s in regard to Work Orders and Rent Ready counts
• Assist property management team with the annual budgeting process, with respect to maintenance-related items
• Evaluate suppliers and their services based on quality, service, and pricing
• Oversee the maintenance and repairs for multi-family properties throughout the portfolio
• Handle special work assignments and trouble calls
• Adhere to quality levels and standard practices for all work performed
• Assist in the interview process for maintenance supervisors and technicians
• Enforce appropriate safety regulations
• Operate mechanical and electrical equipment, which supply the job site with power, heat, refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation
• Schedule monthly vacant, unit walks at all properties
• In charge of all Capital Expenditure projects
• Assist with other tasks as necessary
• Travel is required

• At least eight years of general maintenance experience, preferably within the multi-family real estate industry
• HVAC Certification preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Good time management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally internally within the organization and externally with tenants, vendors and other outside parties
• Must possess strong work ethic
• Yardi work order experience is a plus
