Purpose

Leads and oversees the business management and administrative team, providing strategic support to department leadership to ensure business strategies, plans, and initiatives are executed efficiently and in alignment with organizational policies and procedures.

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Planning and Reporting
    • Partner with senior leadership to define and execute strategic priorities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and long-term vision.
    • Provide thought leadership in developing planning frameworks, performance metrics, and reporting structures that enable decision-making.
    • Oversee preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports, ensuring insights are actionable and support strategic initiatives.
    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for US Risk function, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and impact.
    • Develop integrated dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators and strategic progress.
  • Business Management
    • Provide strategic thought leadership and partner with department leadership to shape and execute business management initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness and long-term value.
    • Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering continuous improvement across business processes.
    • Oversee budgeting and financial management for the department, ensuring optimal resource allocation and financial discipline.
    • Influence organizational strategy by identifying operational trends and recommending innovative solutions to enhance scalability and resilience.
    • Design and lead people engagement initiatives, such as team events, recognition programs, and volunteer activities, to strengthen culture and collaboration.
    • Introduce innovative business management practices and tools to enhance operational agility and scalability.
  • Administrative Oversight
    • Provide guidance on administrative processes, ensuring they enable efficiency, scalability, and alignment with organizational priorities.
    • Oversee preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports for leadership and internal committees, ensuring insights are actionable and timely.
    • Establish escalation protocols and communication channels to proactively address issues and maintain operational continuity.
    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for administrative workflows, leveraging technology and best practices to optimize productivity.
