About the RoleThe FCL Caseload Compliance Director plays a critical role in ensuring caseload compliance, workforce stability, and retention across 2INgage and EMPOWER Permanency programs. This position analyzes staffing needs, monitors workload trends, and partners with leadership to support programs in meeting Foster Care Litigation (FCL) requirements. You will drive data-informed strategies that strengthen service delivery, reduce risks, and improve staff support across multiple regions.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Valid driver’s license; must meet agency underwriting standards.
- Analyze current and projected caseloads and staffing patterns to ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and organizational standards.
- Develop short- and long-term workforce projections to identify staffing needs and risk areas.
- Ensure compliance with FCL caseload requirements across both 2INgage and EMPOWER programs.
- Create and support retention strategies using workforce data, trends, and employee feedback.
- Monitor and report on key workforce metrics (turnover, vacancies, onboarding times, workload distribution, etc.).
- Collaborate with HR, program leadership, and internal departments to align staffing strategies with organizational goals.
- Identify barriers to retention and workload balance and recommend actionable solutions.
- Prepare and present clear, data-driven reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support continuous quality improvement through ongoing evaluation of workforce strategies.
- Facilitate problem-solving meetings involving multiple levels of staff.
- Represent programs professionally at internal and external leadership meetings.
- Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and support the agency’s mission, values, and practice model.
