About the Role

Ucardia is hiring a senior Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO as the company enters its next phase of growth.

This role serves as a force multiplier for leadership. You will drive execution across the business, own the financial models that guide decision-making, prepare board and investor materials, and help bring structure and clarity to a fast-moving organization.

This is not a support role. It is a high-impact leadership role with real authority and responsibility.

What You'll Do Operating Cadence & Execution
  • Run the weekly leadership operating rhythm
  • Maintain a single source of truth for company priorities and initiatives
  • Ensure decisions have clear owners, timelines, and follow-through
  • Lead quarterly planning, goal‑setting, and reforecasting
  • Translate strategy into executable plans across teams
Financial Modeling & Decision Support
  • Own and maintain core financial and operating models
  • Build scenario, sensitivity, and unit economics analyses
  • Prepare decision memos outlining trade‑offs, risks, and recommendations
  • Ensure leadership teams operate from consistent and trusted data
Board, Investor & CEO Support
  • Prepare board‑ready materials and investor updates
  • Partner closely with the CEO on narrative, positioning, and priorities
  • Pre‑brief key decisions and ensure meetings result in action
Talent & Organizational Growth
  • Partner with the CEO on hiring strategy and key leadership hires
  • Support candidate evaluation and closing for critical roles
  • Apply experience from high‑growth environments to help attract and retain top talent
Revenue Operations (Initial Scope)
  • Partner with GTM and Finance to ensure forecast accuracy
  • Support timely invoicing, collections, and accounts receivable management
  • Maintain strong operating discipline as revenue scales

  • Leadership meetings end with clear decisions and accountability
  • Cross‑functional initiatives move faster with fewer blockers
  • Financial questions are answered quickly and confidently
  • Board materials are trusted and delivered early

Who You Are

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (MBA a plus)
  • 5–10+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or senior ops roles
  • Advanced financial modeling skills
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional execution
  • High judgment and discretion
