Responsibilities- Manage a team of Client Service Associates (CSAs) on the Service Team of the UBS Wealth Advice Center, which focuses on emerging affluent and core affluent client segments office consists of 70+ CSAs and 250+ Financial Advisors who serve 300,000 clients with aggregate assets of nearly $18bn.
- Ensure your team of CSAs are addressing service requests from our clients and our Financial Advisors in a timely manner.
- Execute Workforce Management (WFM) functions, including staffing incoming call queues and monitoring daily SLAs against defined goals.
- Deliver ongoing coaching and development to your team through trainings, call listening, and regular feedback sessions.
- Work with your Team Leads to prioritize account service and delegate daily case assignments.
- Onboard and develop new CSAs as they join the Wealth Advice Center platform.
- Manage all service center-like aspects to ensure things run smoothly.
- Undergraduate degree is required.
- SIE, Series 7, Series 66 licenses are required.
- Series 9 and Series 10 are preferred, but must be obtained within 120 days of employment.
- A strong track record of success in a similar position managing others.
- Known for getting things done and inspiring others to follow you.
- Able to manage your time well and handle a large workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly detail oriented and prioritize work to ensure everything is completed in a timely manner.
- An excellent problem solver and collaborator with other people and teams.
- An individual who demonstrates self-confidence and the ability to maintain composure in challenging environments.
- Driven with a proactive mindset.
- An excellent listener with outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Able to adapt and work well under pressure in a demanding corporate environment.
- Able to manage projects independently while assuming a high level of responsibility.

Salary InformationUS Only:
The expected salary range for this role is $85,000 to $115,000 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
