We’re looking for an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager with a strong background in air cargo operations to lead our warehouse team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all warehouse operations related to air freight import/export handling.
  • Ensure compliance with IATA, TSA, and airport authority regulations
    .
  • Manage inventory accuracy, cargo handling, and storage processes.
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff to maintain safety, efficiency, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and trucking partners.
  • Maintain and monitor warehouse performance KPIs (turnaround time, accuracy, safety).
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives for workflow optimization.
  • Ensure all cargo documentation and security protocols are properly executed.
  • Oversee maintenance and utilization of material handling equipment (MHE).
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience
    , with at least 2 years in air cargo
    .
  • In-depth knowledge of air cargo logistics, export/import processes, and security regulations
    .
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with WMS/TMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
    .
  • IATA or TSA certification preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required.
