What You'll Need to Succeed as a National Director of Operations

* Strategic Leadership:
Proven ability to drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence across multiple venues.

What You Will Do in the Role

* Operational Leadership (20%):
Provide strategic direction, communication, training, and empowerment to Venue Directors of Operations to ensure alignment with sales goals, service excellence, and brand standards.

* Talent Development (20%):
Build and sustain a strong leadership pipeline through succession planning and development initiatives.

* Performance Management (15%):
Establish goals, monitor progress, and conduct regular performance and development reviews.

* Cross-Functional Collaboration (15%):
Partner with cross-functional teams to support enterprise initiatives and shared priorities.

* Venue Oversight & Hospitality Coaching (30%):
Travel frequently to assigned venues to observe operations, provide in-person coaching, recognize strong performance, and ensure consistent hospitality delivery.

What We're Looking For

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred)

* 3+ years of multi-unit, high-volume operational leadership across multiple states (required)

* 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in food & beverage operations (preferred)

* Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic action plans

* Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills

* Proven success leading leaders and driving accountability
