Touro Property Management is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Community Manager to lead day-to-day operations at one of our residential communities. This role requires a proactive leader who excels in customer service, team development, and property performance. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating a thriving, inclusive community while achieving financial and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, train, and motivate onsite staff to perform at their best.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and development plans.
  • Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment for residents.
  • Handle resident communications and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Manage budgets, rent collection, financial reporting, and expense control.
  • Oversee leasing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue goals.
  • Ensure adherence to Fair Housing and regulatory standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate property maintenance and improvements.
  • Implement creative marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
  • Organize events and initiatives that build community engagement.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of property management experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
