We are seeking a Sr. Director, Integrated Marketing & Brand for a restaurant client.
This is a hybrid opportunity in Dallas

The Sr. Director, Integrated Marketing & Brand, reporting directly to the Vice President of Brand & Channel Management, will be a critical leader within the revenue organization. This role will lead the charge in shaping and executing the company’s brand vision - turning consumer insights into bold, high-impact marketing that drives growth, builds emotional connection, and keeps the brand top-of-mind.
What You’ll Do
Bring together consumer, market, media, and business insights to define what the brand should do next — always rooted in what makes the brand distinctive and relevant.
Simplify the complex:
Gather diverse input and align stakeholders to create clear, actionable strategies that drive business results.
Lead the charge on growth:
Build and deliver brand plans that expand the brand’s reach and relevance, aligning current investments with long-term brand goals to ensure maximum ROI.
Own and develop big ideas:
Champion creativity by taking the next brand platform from concept to full execution — driving real business impact and long-term brand equity.
Inspire and align:
Lead a director-level, cross-functional team to create quarterly integrated marketing plans with bold, focused objectives and clear communication that cuts through the noise.
Grow great people:
Coach, develop, and empower a high-performing, end-to-end brand team that moves quickly, collaborates effectively, and delivers consistently strong work.
What You Bring
- Proven track record of brand building and creative leadership that has delivered measurable business growth.
- Strong strategic instincts: Ability to dig into insights, find the “so what,” and translate it into bold, effective ideas.
- Credible, influential leadership: Experience leading teams, agencies, and cross-functional partners and building trust across the organization.
- Executive-level communication skills: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex ideas to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- 10+ years of brand-building experience
, including deep experience in agency management and creative development. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Preferred:
- Experience leading teams through change and transformation.
- MBA and/or background in CPG or traditional brand management.
