Overview
This role supports the organic growth initiatives of Cetera driving practice and firm asset growth through the New Entrant (NE) program. The New Entrant program develops college graduates, career changers and inexperienced advisors from outside firms. New entrants may be positioned within an existing team or start their own independent practice. The incumbent will support senior advisors and firms implementing core new entrant process.
Structure and execution will be enhanced through performance consultation and coaching. Interaction will be intentional and measured to drive the successful launch of new entrants. This is a hybrid role, 2-3 days a week in the office. Candidates must be located near one of our offices, with Dallas, TX area as the primary office location."
- Engage with firms identified by the regional growth teams to help them understand the New Entrant program and how it can help their newer advisors grow and develop.
- Develop experiences designed to improve the performance effectiveness of New Entrants through one-on-one coaching, best practice sharing, and large group discussions.
- Identify program performance gaps and provide targeted coaching leveraging best practices from across Cetera.
- Establish core processes for firms to drive repeatable and reliable results.
- Model and coach leadership techniques to inspire critical field leader behavior with New Entrants.
- Develop measurement approaches for assessing and reporting on program and leader effectiveness.
- Track metrics for overall program effectiveness.
- Consult with senior leaders and regional growth teams to determine the appropriate program pathway and ROI.
- Assist in development and improvement of employee and independent contractor new entrant models.

- Familiarity with coaching, sales, practice management, and leadership concepts and models (i.e., DiSC, Social Styles, GROW, EOS, Situational Leadership)
- Advanced Designations (CFP®, ChFC®, RiCP®, etc.)
- Influence and relationship building skills
- Continuous improvement/MVP mindset
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field or equivalent.
- FINRA SIE, Series 7, Series 66
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Financial Services, including supporting field leaders

CompensationThe base salary range for this role is $ - $, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certification and specific office location. Compensation ranges may differ in differing locations due to cost of labor considerations.
