OverviewA national healthcare services organization is seeking a Senior Vice President, Client Success to lead client engagement, service delivery, and strategic account performance across a core business line. This executive will play a critical role in driving client satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth while partnering closely with internal leadership and commercial teams.
This role is well-suited for a senior leader who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and brings a strong blend of client leadership, operational oversight, and strategic thinking.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide executive leadership and strategic direction to the Client Success function
Oversee senior-level client relationships and serve as an executive sponsor for key accounts
Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction
Partner cross-functionally to align service delivery, operations, and commercial objectives
Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Support business development and account expansion efforts as needed
Lead client onboarding and implementation oversight for new engagements
Identify risks and lead corrective action plans for high-priority accounts
Develop, mentor, and retain a high-performing client success leadership team
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
Extensive leadership experience in healthcare services or a related client-facing environment
Proven success leading client success, account management, or service delivery teams
Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Experience managing performance metrics and driving results through data
Remote position with national scope
Travel to client sites as needed (up to approximately 50%)
Competitive base salary based on experience and location
Eligibility for an executive-level bonus program
