Senior Vice President, Client Success

Overview

A national healthcare services organization is seeking a Senior Vice President, Client Success to lead client engagement, service delivery, and strategic account performance across a core business line. This executive will play a critical role in driving client satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth while partnering closely with internal leadership and commercial teams.

This role is well-suited for a senior leader who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and brings a strong blend of client leadership, operational oversight, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive leadership and strategic direction to the Client Success function

  • Oversee senior-level client relationships and serve as an executive sponsor for key accounts

  • Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction

  • Partner cross-functionally to align service delivery, operations, and commercial objectives

  • Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives

  • Support business development and account expansion efforts as needed

  • Lead client onboarding and implementation oversight for new engagements

  • Identify risks and lead corrective action plans for high-priority accounts

  • Develop, mentor, and retain a high-performing client success leadership team

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred

  • Extensive leadership experience in healthcare services or a related client-facing environment

  • Proven success leading client success, account management, or service delivery teams

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels

  • Experience managing performance metrics and driving results through data

Work Environment
  • Remote position with national scope

  • Travel to client sites as needed (up to approximately 50%)

Compensation
  • Competitive base salary based on experience and location

  • Eligibility for an executive-level bonus program
