We are supporting a well-established, global digital marketing agency recognised for its evidence-based approach and strong international growth. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a senior General Manager / Country Manager to lead and scale their United States operation.
THE SENIOR VP, SALES & GROWTH STRATEGY / COUNTRY MANAGER – USAAs Senior VP Sales & Growth Strategy / Country Manager for the United States, you will take full responsibility for the performance, growth, and profitability of the US business. You will define and execute the go-to-market strategy, scale revenue, build high-performing teams, and establish the organisation as a premium digital marketing partner in a highly competitive market.
You will personally contribute to enterprise-level sales, strategic partnerships, and key client relationships, while ensuring operational excellence and exceptional customer outcomes. This role acts as the senior US leader and a strategic bridge to the global executive team.
GENERAL MANAGER / COUNTRY MANAGER – ESSENTIAL SKILLS- 12+ years’ experience in a senior leadership role within a digital or performance marketing agency
- Proven track record of scaling revenue and teams in the US market
- Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience in enterprise sales
- Experience leading sales, marketing, delivery, and customer success functions
- Highly data-driven approach to forecasting, growth, and performance management
- Proven ability to build scalable processes, operating rhythms, and leadership teams
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills at executive level
- Customer-first mindset with long-term value creation at the core of decision-making
