Riveron is looking for a Managing Director to join our Technology and Innovation practice. This leadership role will focus on driving strategic and operational excellence across Net Suite and ERP transformation initiatives. The Managing Director will work closely with executive stakeholders to shape technology strategy, enhance business performance, and expand Riveron’s market presence.
As a Managing Director in Technology and Innovation, you will provide hands‑on leadership across complex ERP programs, ensuring client success while building and mentoring high‑performing teams. You will lead business growth efforts, strengthen client relationships, and exemplify Riveron’s values of integrity, excellence, and collaboration in every engagement.
Who You Are- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, information systems, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 14+ years of consulting or technology leadership experience, with at least 4 years in senior management or executive roles.
- Extensive experience leading Net Suite implementations and ERP transformation programs across complex, multi‑entity organizations.
- Proven ability to design and deliver solutions that enhance business processes in areas such as financial management, operations, supply chain, and reporting.
- Recognized as a trusted advisor and thought leader with strong executive presence and deep understanding of digital finance transformation.
- Passionate about client success, team development, and operational excellence, with a track record of driving measurable business outcomes.
- Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and strategic foresight in every engagement.
- Strategic Growth & Business Development
- Develop and execute growth strategies for Riveron’s Net Suite and ERP offerings, identifying opportunities to expand client relationships and service capabilities.
- Lead business development efforts through networking, cross‑functional collaboration, and market expansion initiatives.
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with C‑suite executives, private equity sponsors, and portfolio company leaders, serving as a strategic advisor for digital and operational transformation.
- Negotiate and structure complex engagements that align client needs with Riveron’s value proposition and long‑term strategy.
- Client Delivery & ERP Leadership
- Oversee full lifecycle Net Suite implementations and optimizations, from assessment and design through configuration, integration, and post‑implementation support.
- Partner with clients to modernize financial, operational, and reporting processes through scalable Net Suite solutions.
- Drive enterprise performance by integrating Net Suite with complementary systems such as CRM, HCM, and CPM platforms (e.g., One Stream, Adaptive Insights, or Hyperion).
- Ensure high‑quality project delivery and client satisfaction through disciplined project governance, technical oversight, and business alignment.
- Thought Leadership & Innovation
- Stay ahead of evolving ERP and cloud trends, including automation, AI, and analytics that enhance Net Suite capabilities.
- Develop intellectual capital and thought leadership materials that strengthen Riveron’s brand in the ERP advisory space.
- Represent Riveron at industry events, conferences, and executive forums to promote our Net Suite expertise and market leadership.
- Firm Leadership & Talent Development
- Lead and mentor teams across engagements, fostering professional growth, technical excellence, and a collaborative culture.
- Partner with firm leadership to define strategic priorities and operational improvements that enhance delivery capabilities and profitability.
- Support recruiting and talent development initiatives to build a deep bench of ERP and Net Suite professionals within the firm.
