Head of Asset Management to lead the performance, strategy, and value creation of its diverse portfolio of real estate assets. This executive role is responsible for optimizing asset value, ensuring operational excellence, and driving financial returns across the firm’s holdings.

Requirements/Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive asset management strategies across all property types, including office, multifamily, mixed-use assets, debt, as well as distressed, value-add investments
  • Oversee property-level business plans, including leasing, capital expenditures, disposition strategies, and financial performance.
  • Lead a team of asset managers and collaborate closely with acquisitions, development, accounting, and investor relations teams.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, conduct financial analysis, and implement measures to maximize income and returns.
  • Manage both in-house and third-party property management and leasing partners to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Present regular reports to senior leadership and investors, highlighting performance metrics, market insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Participate in acquisitions discussions and provide asset-level insights for acquisition and disposition decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and value enhancement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field; MBA or Master’s in Real Estate preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate asset management, with at least 5 in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record managing large, complex portfolios with an emphasis on value creation and strategic execution.
  • Strong financial acumen, including expertise in financial modeling, underwriting, and market analysis.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
