Job Purpose:
- The Manager of Workforce Pathways at Goodwill Industries of Dallas, Inc. is responsible for overseeing and developing programs that facilitate workforce development and career advancement for individuals. This role involves strategic planning, program execution, and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the successful integration of workforce pathways that align with the organization's mission to empower individuals through education and employment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for workforce development programs that align with organizational goals and community needs. - Oversee the design, execution, and evaluation of workforce training and career advancement initiatives. - Collaborate with community partners, educational institutions, and employers to create pathways that enhance employment opportunities for program participants. - Manage and lead a team of workforce development professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve program objectives.
- Monitor program performance, analyze data, and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of workforce pathways. - Identify funding opportunities and assist in grant writing to support program expansion and sustainability. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in workforce development. - Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages participation and growth among program participants. - Represent Goodwill Industries of Dallas, Inc.
at community events and meetings to promote workforce development initiatives.## Qualifications Required
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce development, career pathways, or a related field. - Proven track record of managing and developing workforce programs and initiatives. - Experience in collaborating with community organizations, educational institutions, and employers.

- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders. - Ability to analyze labor market trends and develop strategic workforce solutions. - Proficiency in project management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing environments.
- Knowledge of workforce development best practices and industry standards.
- Composition Salary 70, per year
