This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager or Assistant GM located in Forney, TX. The General Manager will oversee daily operations of the fitness facility, ensuring a high standard of customer service, member engagement, and staff management. The role involves setting and achieving sales targets, developing fitness programs, and managing budgets and memberships. The General Manager will also lead marketing efforts and community engagement initiatives aimed at client retention and local outreach.

• Leadership and management skills, including team management, employee training, and motivational ability
• Proficiency in sales and marketing, with experience in membership growth strategies and customer engagement
• Administrative and operational skills, such as budget management, scheduling, and problem-solving
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with members, staff, and community partners
• Knowledge of fitness or wellness industries, with a passion for promoting healthy lifestyles
• Prior experience in a similar managerial role or customer-facing environment is preferred
