Job Summary
The Project Manager – Audio Visual is the overall manager for assigned project(s). The Project Manager ensures that all contracted work is developed, implemented, installed and managed in accordance with the Company's requirements, including safety, quality, management and financial performance. All aspects of the project(s) must be carried out efficiently with respect to staffing, materials, financial management, customer care and delivery goals.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Manage workload distribution and monitor customer delivery and job installation progress.
- Plan, manage, monitor and maintain project profitability to achieve company goals.
- Review all job cost postings for accuracy and completeness, including preparation of invoices, customer collections and periodic financial reporting.
- Manage all related quality and safety issues on customer work.
- Participate in and/or facilitate the bid process.
- Act as the liaison between the company and customer representatives.
- Create, develop and implement account process improvements.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
- Minimum 6+ years of supervisory or managerial experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading commercial audio visual projects.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project).
- Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking and oral presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications and project documents.
- Experience with customer interface and serving as a liaison.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of company and customer project management systems.
- Valid driver’s license and meeting company minimum driving standards.
- Knowledge of the following trade tools: punch tool with 110 and 66 block blade, 6/8 position combo crimp tool, Krone/3M/BIX, butt set, volt‑ohmmeter, 4‑pair continuity tester, and 5‑gang punch tool.
- Salary range: $80,000 – $115,000 per year

- Ability to travel within branch or regional territory as needed.
- Ability to learn and use company‑sponsored project management systems.
- Requires a 6‑digit American Express Card issued by the company.
