Our client is a private equity backed national leader in facility services and retail solutions. They are launching a staffing business. A fully funded division delivering industrial and warehouse workforce solutions leveraging their national infrastructure and enterprise relationships. We are seeking a head of staffing sales and growth to build and scale this business. This executive will develop and execute a national go-to-market strategy targeting warehouse, 3pl, cold storage, manufacturing and data center sectors.

Backed by an existing near-shore recruiting engine, hr / payroll infrastructure, and active vendor relationships with nearly all top U.S. retailers, you'll have the platform to move fast and win big! What you need :

• 15-25 years in the staffing industry with a track record of selling to the c-suite, building strong sales teams, and executing double-digit gross profit growth.
• Proven success managing $100m+ portfolios across the manufacturing and light industrial sectors.
• Expertise in high volume, unskilled light industrial workforce solutions.
• Experience in hiring senior level, strategic sales representatives in multiple states or a region.
• An entrepreneurial, servant leadership style capable of launching new business and closing key early-stage deals.
