Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for planning and execution of renovation projects for existing multifamily properties. With the support of the Project Superintendents, the Project Manager is responsible for producing on-time, on-budget projects while accurately tracking and reporting progress to ownership.

• Extensive understanding of all phases of construction means and methods.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working for a general contractor or specialty trade contractor experience required

• Scope Management
• Change (Cost) Management
• Subcontractor Management
• Inventory Management
• Quality (Client Expectations) Management
• Jobsite progress reporting
