Compensation & Schedule- Pay Type:
Exempt / Salary paid twice per month - Annual Salary Pay: $63,000 to $68,000
- Schedule:
Sundays 10:00 AM–4:00 PM and Thursdays–Saturdays 4:00 AM–4:00 PM (plus additional hours as needed) - Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required

Under the Manager, the Supervisor Logistics supervises, coordinates and oversees logistics operations, providing coaching, development and training to staff. The candidate will recommend improvements to facility, equipment, machinery and processes, ensuring staff performance meets standards and business objectives are achieved.
Essential Functions- Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations
- Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager, ensuring they meet company standards and customer service specifications
- Establish work schedules, procedures and coordinate activities to ensure optimal shift/team logistics
- Accountable for site Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Collaborate with customers on all aspects of operations
- Meet regularly with team members and individually to monitor progress, track performance, coach, counsel and recognize successes
- Promote diversity and inclusion, seeking opportunities to improve internal processes
- Conduct performance evaluations, recommend awards and merit increases when appropriate
- Address performance problems through corrective action and disciplinary processes
- Understand labor agreement and maintain positive labor relations
- Implement health & safety and security initiatives, practices and adherence to company rules and policies
- Provide appropriate orientation and information to employees and Lead Hands to perform their jobs
