About the RoleAs a Consulting Manager, you will make an impact by driving strategic initiatives and delivering consulting solutions for automotive clients. You will be a valued member of the Automotive Consulting team and work collaboratively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
In this role, you will:- Lead business transformation initiatives for automotive clients
- Provide strategic guidance and solutions tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence
- Develop and implement process improvement strategies
- Manage client relationships and ensure successful project delivery
- 5+ years of consulting experience in the automotive industry
- Proven track record of delivering transformation programs
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel as required
