Practice OverviewIn the Consumer, Telco, and Technology group we merge consumer‑facing industry knowledge with technology expertise to help clients mature their business models, improve operations, and embrace AI to deliver lasting value.
Role Responsibilities- Provide day‑to‑day leadership of client projects and manage key client relationships.
- Lead and manage complex programs, ensuring on‑time delivery that meets agreed goals.
- Guide and influence clients across all situations, becoming a trusted advisor.
- Engage fully in business development by identifying new and expanded opportunities.
- Create intellectual capital through thought leadership on a broad range of adjacent topics.
- Develop and coach team members, fostering growth and building a strong followership.
- Lead firm‑building activities, embodying firm values and maintaining a strong personal brand.
- Oversee consulting team execution, including hypothesis development, client interviews, insights, and deliverables.
- Support Partners with project management, planning, workflow oversight, and junior team coaching.
- 4–7 years of strategy consulting experience at a top‑tier firm.
- Track record of leading and managing teams in fast‑paced, demanding environments.
- Strong background in strategic problem solving with analytical rigor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Quantitative toolkit including SQL, Python; ML/data science/AI skills a plus.
- Client‑management experience.
- Passion for creative, expansive thinking and rigorous analytical insight.
- Senior‑level communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Flexibility to handle changing priorities and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- High motivation and commitment to excellence.
- Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
Base salary range: $225,000 – $240,000, plus potential performance‑based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
