In the Consumer, Telco, and Technology group we merge consumer‑facing industry knowledge with technology expertise to help clients mature their business models, improve operations, and embrace AI to deliver lasting value.

• Provide day‑to‑day leadership of client projects and manage key client relationships.
• Lead and manage complex programs, ensuring on‑time delivery that meets agreed goals.
• Guide and influence clients across all situations, becoming a trusted advisor.
• Engage fully in business development by identifying new and expanded opportunities.
• Create intellectual capital through thought leadership on a broad range of adjacent topics.
• Develop and coach team members, fostering growth and building a strong followership.
• Lead firm‑building activities, embodying firm values and maintaining a strong personal brand.
• Oversee consulting team execution, including hypothesis development, client interviews, insights, and deliverables.
• Support Partners with project management, planning, workflow oversight, and junior team coaching.

• 4–7 years of strategy consulting experience at a top‑tier firm.
• Track record of leading and managing teams in fast‑paced, demanding environments.
• Strong background in strategic problem solving with analytical rigor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Quantitative toolkit including SQL, Python; ML/data science/AI skills a plus.
• Client‑management experience.
• Passion for creative, expansive thinking and rigorous analytical insight.
• Senior‑level communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Flexibility to handle changing priorities and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• High motivation and commitment to excellence.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.

Base salary range: $225,000 – $240,000, plus potential performance‑based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
