We are seeking an experienced PMO leader to oversee enterprise-wide project delivery and provide strategic direction across technology and business initiatives. This role will manage a team of project professionals, establish delivery standards, and partner with leadership to ensure projects are executed efficiently and consistently.

• Lead and manage an established Project Management Office supporting enterprise initiatives
• Supervise, mentor, and develop Project Managers and Business Analysts
• Define and maintain project governance, standards, and best practices
• Oversee multiple concurrent projects, balancing hands-on leadership with team management
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and within approved budgets
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to align priorities and secure appropriate resources
• Provide executive-level project reporting, status updates, and risk management
• Drive continuous improvement of project delivery processes and tools
• Support delivery of software implementations and business transformation initiatives

• Proven experience leading project teams or a PMO in an enterprise environment
• Demonstrated people management and leadership experience
• Strong understanding of project delivery frameworks (Agile and Waterfall)
• Experience managing project budgets and financial accountability
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar
• Background in financial services, banking, or credit union environments is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or comparable certification preferred
