Custodial Site Manager

Unica Enterprises LLC (Unica) is seeking a dedicated Senior Custodial Site Manager to lead custodial operations at the DFW Airport Rental Car Center (RAC). This critical role oversees day-to-day service delivery, supervises staff, manages client communication, and ensures all contract specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. The Senior Custodial Site Manager will serve as the main point of contact between Unica and DFW Airport Representatives, ensuring the RAC is maintained to the highest level of cleanliness and service at all times.

• Directly manage custodial operations for a large, high-traffic offsite facility serving all major rental car companies at DFW Airport.
• Supervise, schedule, and coach a team of managers, supervisors, and custodial staff.
• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks are performed according to contract specifications and quality standards.
• Oversee labor hour tracking, timekeeping, and attendance reporting for all assigned personnel — ensuring compliance with contract labor caps and OT limits.
• Monitor supply inventory, equipment usage, and vehicle care; ensure maintenance and repairs are addressed promptly.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, operational issues, or customer concerns, including outside normal business hours.
• Maintain daily shift reports detailing attendance, tasks completed, deficiencies, incidents, and customer feedback.
• Serve as the on-site liaison with DFW representatives, addressing service requests, complaints, or issues in real time.
• Ensure all staff follow Unica’s and DFW’s safety policies, PPE requirements, and quality standards.
• Prepare reports and documentation as required by DFW, including labor utilization and performance updates.
• Reports directly to Unica Chief Operating Officer.

• Minimum 5-7 years of custodial management experience, preferably in a large, multi-shift facility or high-traffic environment such as airports, convention centers, or transit hubs.
• Prior experience working at DFW International Airport and familiarity with strict airport security and badging processes is highly desirable.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with experience supervising large teams and subcontractors.
• Solid working knowledge of floor care, janitorial techniques, and safety requirements.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills — must be able to interact effectively with DFW representatives, subcontractors, and front-line staff.
• Very strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Teams); ability to manage schedules, labor reports, timekeeping data, and operational documentation electronically.
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain an Access DFW badge with Escort Privileges.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify required).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed to meet contract requirements.

Salary: $78,000/Annual
