Responsibilities
- Team Development:
Coach and mentor a team of tenured sales professionals, helping them refine their sales and book of business management skills. - Performance Management:
Set clear goals and expectations, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to ensure each team member is on track to meet and exceed their targets. - Client Engagement:
Oversee the team’s interactions with prospects and clients, ensuring they are connected to our comprehensive suite of financial solutions. - Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement strategies to optimize the team’s performance and drive business growth. - Cross‑Site
Collaboration:
Foster a collaborative environment across different sites, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing. - Training and Onboarding:
Lead the onboarding process for new apprentices, ensuring they are well‑prepared and equipped to succeed. - Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve issues that arise within the team, ensuring smooth operations and high client satisfaction. - Innovation:
Encourage creative thinking and innovative approaches to outreach and client engagement.
- Minimum of five years related work experience. Previous people leadership experience preferred.
- Prior experience in sales and business development organization preferred.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
- Licenses required for the role:
Series 7, 66, and 24. It is strongly preferred that applicants currently hold these licenses. - Experience leading front‑line crew.
- Sales management experience preferred.
