The Project Manager will oversee Job Order Contracting (JOC) projects for public agencies and develop long-term relationships with clients in Higher Education, PK‑12 Education, Municipal, and Recreation sectors.

• Create a collaborative and teamwork-oriented project team environment.
• Manage client relations for assigned contracts.
• Lead the contract team, including Superintendents, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers.
• Handle the contract from proposals to close‑out.
• Develop price estimates, submit proposals, and negotiate scope and pricing with clients.
• Oversee the profit and loss for the contract.
• Estimate, schedule, and purchase resources.
• Participate in project quality and safety programs.
• Collaborate with staff to provide alternative solutions for clients.
• Monitor Superintendent performance on contracts and work orders.
• Act as point of contact for project management staff, architects, subcontractors, owners, and engineers.
• Maintain a firm understanding of general contracting and all work divisions.
• Create and maintain project cost and management reports.
• Document and negotiate changes affecting project completion or contract costs with subcontractors and owners.
• Develop field quality assurance and quality control plans with the Superintendent.
• Collaborate on the project safety plan with the Superintendent.
• Manage MBE/WBE subcontracting requirements.
• Ensure EEO/affirmative action contract requirements are met.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• B.S. in Construction Management or Engineering, or 5–10 years of construction experience.
• Well versed in Job Order Contracts.
• Experience with various delivery methods, including Design‑Bid‑Build, Design‑Build, and CM@Risk is preferred.
• Preferred experience in Higher Ed, PK‑12 Education, Municipal, and Recreation markets.
• Experience in the aviation market is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and personnel simultaneously.
• Knowledge of construction design, cost reporting, and cash flow management.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office, Blue Beam, Microsoft Project, CM14, and/or Procore.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management, Scheduling, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
