Project Manager – Overall Project Leader

This position serves as the overall Project Leader for the jobs in which they are involved. Travel is up to 50%. Responsibilities range from oversight/execution of project set‑up, buy‑out, contract execution and compliance, material and equipment procurement, daily progress tracking, safety compliance, invoice approval, manpower timesheet approval, project sequencing and scheduling, maintaining and updating schedules, coordination and communication with GC, extra work and change order distribution/tracking, coordination with Operation managers for adequate manpower, weekly cost reporting and forecasting, overall fiscal responsibility.

  • Contract/Scope review and execution.
  • Job cost spread and estimate review.
  • Project sequencing and scheduling.
  • Invoice coding and approval.
  • Coordination with GC/Owner.
  • Coordination with CSI Operations manager regarding manpower/resources.
  • Mentoring Project Managers and Project Engineers.
  • Working with upper management to provide feedback and continue to develop company operation procedures and policies.

Education / Experience / Attributes / Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction management or Engineering recommended.
  • Strong knowledge of construction principles/practices required.
