You’ll be a senior leader within a thriving commercial building business unit that is executing some of the most visible and technically demanding projects in the Dallas market and beyond.

• Lead the full life cycle of large, complex projects ($100M+) from preconstruction through closeout.
• Drive schedule, cost, quality, and safety with authority, not bureaucracy.
• Build and lead elite project teams (PMs, Superintendents, engineers).
• Serve as the primary interface with owners, architects, and trade partners.
• Anticipate risk, solve problems early, and keep projects moving forward.
• Bring clarity to chaos and accountability to execution.

• Has 10+ years of experience managing large commercial construction projects.
• Has personally led projects north of $100M.
• Brings experience in aviation/airport projects and/or high-rise construction (preferred not mandatory).
• Understands how to lead people, not just processes.
• Is decisive, calm under pressure, and respected in the field and boardroom.
• Wants long‑term runway, not a lateral move.
