Salary: $100,000 – $150,000

The Client is seeking a world‑class Program Director to lead and manage key engagements with our North American SAP practice. A successful candidate will be part of a top‑notch program management team with experience delivering large‑scale, complex enterprise‑level solutions. This key role will also focus on SAP Practice initiatives and next‑generation delivery processes.

• Overall management and delivery of all projects under a SAP program.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective program delivery.
• Provide overall team leadership for the program.
• Manage day‑to‑day activities, lead project teams, and coordinate offshore resources.
• Define and manage the overall program scope, approach, and plan.
• Ensure projects within the program are completed on time and within budgeted costs and profitability targets.
• Mentor and develop leadership talent of project managers and team members as required.
• Drive end‑to‑end program implementation involving interaction with multiple stakeholders.
• Establish executive‑level and operational‑level client relationships; understand their concerns, challenges, and goals.
• Manage client expectations, provide updates to senior management, and participate in steering‑committee meetings.
• Anticipate issues and needs of the customer related to the program and address them proactively.

• Minimum of 20+ years SAP‑related work experience with large business transformation projects.
• Experience with S/4
  
  HANA implementation (required);
  Hybris Commerce and SAP Sales/Service Cloud (preferred).
• Experience as SAP Project Manager for multiple, full life‑cycle implementation projects, including at least one global template rollout involving multiple countries and life sciences/medical devices client.
• Experience working in an offshore/onshore model.
• Detailed knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology and Solution Manager.
• Extensive experience in a Tier 1 or comparable systems integrator in SAP delivery‑focused leadership roles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple stakeholder groups through the project/program life‑cycle (client, consultant, third‑party vendor).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with client business and IT leadership.
• Proficiency in developing high‑level and detailed program and project‑level activity/task work plans, schedules, staffing plans, and work‑effort estimates.
• Experience in scope, scope change management, issue and risk management, and status reporting (executive and team level).
• Experience in sales/pre‑sales activities, including lead qualification and development, team sales, partnering with other solution providers, RFI/RFP responses, and bid response presentations.
