Reap Management is currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team for one of our assets located in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will play a vital part in the success and growth of our community.
Impact- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the community and fill in for the Community Manager when needed.
- Work with leasing and maintenance team on training and best practices.
- Strong focus on lease renewals, delinquency, eviction process, and collections.
- Welcome prospects, showcase the community, secure leases, and convert prospects into residents.
- Provide input to the Senior Management team on property marketing and enhancing resident satisfaction.
- Ensure that each resident's experience aligns with Reap Management’s mission and core values.
- Being part of leasing activities within the property. Able to lead and train team.
- Greet, tour, show, and close on all qualified prospective residents.
- Process income, rental, and employment information to verify qualification standards.
- Accounts payable and receivable reasonability.
- Conduct outreach and online marketing, participate in Resident Events.
- Manage fair housing, regulatory, and compliance-related services.
- Perform property walks and assist with office and model apartment upkeep.
- Communication will be key for this role as you'll work with team members on site and at the corporate level.
- Assist in gathering content for social media and posting on property pages.
- 1-2+ years of experience in an Assistant Community Manager role within the multifamily industry.
- Consistent attention to detail, strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to listen, understand goals, and think creatively.
- Knowledge of App Folio is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance required.
Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Ability to work Saturday is required. Hours of operation are subject to change by time of year and based on the property’s needs and resident activities.
- Ability to climb up to four flights of stairs to access apartments.
- Ability to walk several acres to tour community.
- Some lifting; up to 25lbs.
