As the Regional EHS Manager
, you will be a strategic leader and trusted partner, driving the consistent implementation and advancement of EHS programs across multiple sites. Reporting to the VP of EHS you will shape a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will:
  • Strategic Leadership & Program Management: Serve as a subject matter expert, providing direct support and guidance to site and local teams. Ensure EHS programs are effectively implemented and sustained in compliance with company standards, processes, and regulatory requirements.

    Collaboration:

    Actively contribute to the Global EHS team, assisting in the development and execution of company-wide compliance programs.
  • Performance Improvement: Collaborate with site leaders to drive strategic EHS priorities, annual program planning, and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate EHS maturity and performance.
  • Technical Expertise: Offer advanced technical support on regulatory compliance, sustainability, and industry best practices.
  • Talent Development: Lead efforts to attract, develop, and retain top EHS talent at the site level, fostering a high-performing and knowledgeable team. Design and deliver training programs to enhance functional capabilities.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize advanced analytics to identify trends, anticipate risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies, prioritizing initiatives to achieve organizational EHS goals.
  • Culture Champion: Champion a culture of hazard and risk recognition, driving the adoption of EHS standards and accountability at all levels with a customer-focused, continuous improvement mindset.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of EHS and sustainability data reporting. Oversee ongoing performance verification across all sites.
  • Regulatory Liaison: Collaborate with EHS pillar leads, legal counsel, and site teams to resolve regulatory matters and government agency interactions.
  • M A Support: Support mergers, acquisitions, and site transitions by executing the EHS Management of Change process for seamless integration or closure.

Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    10+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
    . This must include developing and executing company strategic priorities and managing multiple site-level EHS professional teams to deliver results.
  • EHS Management Systems: Proven experience implementing company EHS Management Systems (such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001
    ), including optimizing standards and process methods across multiple sites at varying maturity levels.
  • Leadership & Partnership: Demonstrated ability to build trusting partnerships with operational and site leadership through on-site engagement to audit, test, and verify consistent implementation of company standards, including accurate EHS data management and reporting.
  • Data Analytics: Advanced proficiency in utilizing data analytics and leading indicators to drive proactive, evidence-based decision-making, measurable performance improvement, and the ability to train others in these skills.

  • Master’s degree.
