OpportunityWe are partnering with a leading electrical contractor to hire multiple Electrical Project Managers to support complex, high‑profile construction projects across the Dallas–Fort Worth and Houston markets. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Project Manager who enjoys owning projects from preconstruction through closeout and working alongside experienced field and executive teams.
Projects range across commercial, healthcare, industrial, and institutional environments, offering long‑term stability and career growth.
Key Responsibilities- Managing owner contracts and ensuring contractual compliance
- Developing and maintaining project schedules and quality control plans
- Overseeing project budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
- Identifying risks, critical milestones, and cost impacts
- Coordinating with preconstruction on scopes and estimates
- Leading GMP or Lump Sum project structures
- Preparing change orders, pay applications, and monthly billings
- Evaluating subcontractors and ensuring contractual readiness prior to mobilization
- Reviewing job cost reports and managing project resources
- Developing look‑ahead schedules and supporting field execution
- Ensuring safety and quality standards are embedded throughout the project lifecycle
We’re seeking Project Managers with strong electrical construction experience, sound financial judgment, and the ability to lead teams effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–5+ years of experience in construction and project management
- Minimum of 2 years working for a commercial electrical contractor
- Experience managing at least one healthcare project as a Project Manager
- Proficiency with scheduling and project management software (Primavera, Expedition, CM systems, MS Office)
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Solid understanding of electrical systems, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, and construction documentation
