What You Do

The Distribution Assistant Manager‑Appliances is responsible for supporting daily activities within the appliance warehouse as well as processing of incoming/outgoing inventory and acting as a point of contact for key departments including sales, purchasing, and accounting.

What We Are Looking For
  • Minimum of High School diploma or GED required
  • Valid Texas DL required
  • Experience:

    At least 3‑5 years in logistics/warehouse environment required
  • Able to accurately process returns, exchanges, submit RA on returns, shipping, receiving, inventory cycle counts, other general warehouse duties
  • 1‑2 years in a team lead or manager role required
  • Able to direct delivery staff related to work orders, routes, and other internal activities
  • Knowledge of residential appliances a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service attitude
  • Proficient with MS Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Familiar with inventory management, Point of Sale or other logistics software
  • Experience using pallet jacks, wheeled dollies, and other logistics equipment
  • Ability to lift objects over 100 lbs (with assistance)
  • Ability to adapt to frequent changes
  • Strong work ethic and adherence to a regular schedule
  • Availability to work any days (6:30 am‑6 pm), except Sunday
