We’re seeking a hands-on, experienced DSD Warehouse Manager to lead shipping operations in a fast-paced, refrigerated environment. This role ensures compliance with food safety standards, manages staffing and scheduling, and drives operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily shipping operations and team performance
- Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, and company policies
- Coordinate staffing, delivery routes, and shipping schedules
- Train and motivate team members using CI methodologies
- Maintain shipping data and support continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s Degree (Required)
- 4–6 years of relevant experience
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, D365 ERP, and WMS systems
- Manufacturing, Management, and Supply Chain
