Facility Maintenance and Repair:
Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on hospital equipment and infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, medical gas systems, and emergency power.;
Leadership and Mentoring:
Lead day-to-day operations of the maintenance team; provide training, guidance, and support to junior technicians, and ensure high standards of workmanship and safety.;
Preventative Maintenance Programs:
Design, implement, and oversee preventative maintenance schedules that ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and equipment reliability.;
Safety and Compliance:
Maintain a safe working environment by following OSHA, NFPA, and Joint Commission standards; participate in safety audits and emergency preparedness drills.; CMMS Utilization:
Use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to manage work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, asset tracking, and inventory control.
