Shift: Full time - Evenings

We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join our team to ensure we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care.

Note:
Eligibility for benefits may vary by location.
Responsibilities: Performs general maintenance and light repairs on building systems including plumbing, medical gas, doors and hardware, electrical, nurse call and HVAC systems.
Operates building automation systems.
Responds to building system casualties and fire alarms and takes immediate action to restore services.
Installs and/or changes out appliances and wall hangings.
Performs scheduled preventative maintenance for building systems.
Additional duties may include repairs of walls, wall coverings and other furnishings.
Education/Experience
High School / GED or technical training is preferred
Five years’ experience in commercial building maintenance including mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, building automation, etc.
Experience in Healthcare setting is preferred
