The groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the hotel property to ensure it upholds a high standard of quality. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision.

• Maintain and clean all outdoor areas of the hotel property, including sidewalks, driveways, and parking garages.
• Ensure the hotel property is kept in excellent condition.
  
  Possess a thorough understanding of Omni fire alarm procedures and other emergency protocols.
• Open and close work requests as necessary.
• Utilize moderate to heavy equipment, such as leaf blowers, power washers, and other tools, to complete assigned tasks.
• Operate the freight elevator when required.

• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods (at least 8 hours per shift).
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including AM/PM, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods (at least 8 hours per shift).
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
