The Shipping Clerk is responsible for receiving and processing incoming stock/product, preparing and completing orders for delivery or pickup, and performing inventory and quality control. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs. We're looking for a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to manage outgoing and incoming logistics, ensuring all products are delivered accurately and on time.

• Coordinate Shipments:
  Schedule pickups, manage shipping timelines, and prioritize based on deadlines.
• Maintain Records:
  Use spreadsheets and tracking tools to reconcile work orders and shipments.
• Cross-Team Communication:
  Liaise with project managers and warehouse staff to ensure readiness and accuracy.
• Package Handling:
  Safely ship and move crates, boxes, and materials; use warehouse tools (pallet jack, scale, etc.).
• Use Shipping Tools:
  Operate Fed Ex/UPS portals and internal shipping systems (training provided).
• Support Production:
  Assist with QC, kitting, and keeping the department stocked and organized.
