Pay Range: $17 - $18/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Field dispatch repairing printers and other duties

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have skills: [ “Field Dispatch", "Desktop Support”, "Printer Repair", "Break/Fix”, “Hardware Troubleshooting" ]
• Field dispatch experience and printer repair experience
• M-F 9-6 some OT and some after hours
• Will there be OC (on call)? Yes
• Will there be shift differentials? No
• At least one year of field dispatch and one year of printer repair
• Do they need any specific certifications or education? A would be nice to have
• If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? $22
• How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? Varies from 50 to 150, depending on how many cases the tech runs in a day
• What radius range should candidates be located from the job location? Must live in or adjacent to zip code 75208
• What is the exact work location or city, state, or zip? Dallas, TX coverage area
