** What You’ll Be Doing:
** As a
** Make Ready Technician at AMLI Quadrangle
** you'll play a critical role in ensuring that all vacated apartments are restored to "make-ready" status. You’ll work with a variety of tasks and skills, from repairs to maintenance, ensuring our apartments are in top condition for new residents.

Your responsibilities include:
* ** Apartment Inspections** – Inspect vacated apartments and complete thorough checklists to prepare for new residents.
* ** Repairs & Maintenance** – Replace or repair windows, doors, baseboards, mirrors, mini-blinds, ceiling fans, and more. Perform general maintenance and repair work in drywall, plumbing, carpentry, and appliances.
* ** Painting & Drywall** – Assist with painting and drywall repair to ensure apartments are fresh and welcoming.
* ** Key Replacement** – Make new keys and replace locks when necessary to ensure security and a smooth transition for new residents.
* ** Cleaning & Groundskeeping** – Share responsibilities with the maintenance team for general property upkeep, ensuring the community is clean and well-maintained.###

* What We’re Looking For:

**
* ** Experience** – Previous maintenance or repair experience, particularly in painting, drywall, basic electrical work, and plumbing
* ** Availability** – Must be available for on-call rotation, including evenings and weekends
* ** Physical Requirements** – Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs
