Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Commercial Maintenance in Dallas, TX. This position requires a versatile cleaner capable of handling various cleaning tasks in both indoor and outdoor environments, including stadiums and concession stands.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive cleaning of stadium seating areas, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down seats to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards.

Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and floors, using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment for guests and staff.

Conduct cleaning of stadium floors using floor cleaning machinery, as well as concession stands, including countertops, food preparation areas, and equipment, to maintain sanitation and food safety standards.

Clean and maintain outdoor areas, including parking lots, walkways, and stadium exteriors, by sweeping, pressure washing, and removing debris to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.

Assist with post-event cleanup activities, including waste removal, trash disposal, and dismantling of temporary structures, to prepare the stadium for the next event.

Perform construction site cleaning tasks, including removal of debris, sweeping, and mopping of floors, and cleaning of construction equipment, to maintain cleanliness and safety at the job site.

Operate commercial cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers, pressure washers, and industrial vacuums, safely and efficiently to achieve optimal cleaning results.

Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace, including proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks, coordinate cleaning schedules, and ensure efficient completion of cleaning duties.

Respond promptly to cleaning requests and emergencies, such as spills or accidents, to address issues and maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial cleaning, industrial cleaning, or janitorial services preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules.
Reliable transportation to and from the stadium facility.
This is a temporary contract assignment that may lead to future contract opportunities.
