Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

As a Maintenance Associate, you will maintain a clean and safe environment for members and associates.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring a safe and clean facility by following all safety standards, performing safety sweeps, and reporting unsafe situations to management.
- Cleaning all areas of the facility – floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles – using approved chemicals and equipment.
- Operating floor scrubbers, disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Company Environmental Sustainability Program.
- Maintaining appropriate levels of approved chemicals and supplies, rotating stock, and placing orders when supplies are low.
- Responding to spills and maintaining a positive attitude to provide a great first and last impression for members.
- Thrives in fast‑paced environments.
- Take pride in work and maintain high standards.
- Adapt quickly to changing work scenarios.
- Prioritizes member satisfaction.
- Comfortable working full shifts on foot in physically demanding conditions.
In addition to the base hourly wage, you may receive premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
