Our Operations organization is vital for us to deliver reliable, customer-focused, and cost-efficient supply chain solutions to our customers. We are now strengthening our team at Nefab Packaging Inc. with a Demand Planning & Forecast Lead.
As Demand Planning & Forecast Lead, you will be responsible for designing, establishing, and leading the regional demand planning process. This includes developing forecasting methodologies, consolidating and validating demand signals, and driving the Demand Review as part of the S&OP cycle. You will contribute to improved forecast accuracy, stronger cross-functional alignment, and better decision-making across Sales, Operations, and Finance. You will be part of the Operations function, working closely with Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, and regional planning teams across multiple manufacturing sites.
In this role, you will facilitate collaboration across functions and geographies, identify demand risks and opportunities, and ensure adherence to the planning calendar while continuously improving forecasting performance. This position is located in Dallas, TX, but is flexible for the right candidate. You will report to the Order Integration Manager.

Your ProfileTo be successful in this role, you bring a strong combination of analytical expertise, business understanding, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, or Sales Planning within a manufacturing environment
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with hands-on experience using statistical forecasting tools
- Experience designing or improving demand planning processes, ideally within an S&OP framework
- Proven ability to integrate commercial insights with analytical rigor
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and building new processes from the ground up
- Experience supporting segmentation strategies (e.g., ABC/XYZ)
- Ability to train and coach planners and sales teams on forecasting best practices
- System knowledge of Infor M3 or equivalent ERP systems
- IBF or ASCM certification (CPF, CPIM, or CSCP) is desirable
- Fluent in English;
