Our Operations organization plays a critical role in delivering reliable supply, balanced capacity, and high service levels to our customers. We are now looking for a Supply Planning Lead Manager to join our corporate Operations team at Nefab.

As Supply Planning Lead Manager, you will be responsible for designing, leading, and continuously improving the regional supply planning process. You will ensure alignment between demand, capacity, and inventory, while connecting site-level planning with regional and S&OP decisions. Through strong analytical insight and cross-functional collaboration, you will ensure supply feasibility and recommend mitigation plans to address constraints in line with business priorities.

In this role you will:

• Design and deploy a regional supply planning process integrated into the S&OP framework
• Consolidate supply plans from manufacturing sites and evaluate them against the unconstrained demand plan
• Identify capacity bottlenecks, material constraints, and supply risks, and propose recovery or reallocation scenarios
• Facilitate the monthly Supply Review to align operational capabilities with business priorities
• Support the development of capacity models and rough-cut capacity planning tools
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure continuity of supply
• Define inventory targets and replenishment strategies aligned with service level and working capital objectives
• Lead KPI tracking for capacity utilization, service performance, and inventory health

This position is located in the Dallas, TX, area, but flexible for the right candidate, and will report to the Order Integration Manager.

To succeed in this role, you bring strong supply chain expertise, operational insight, and the ability to align stakeholders across multiple sites and functions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a plant management role
• Experience in production planning and supply planning within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience balancing demand and capacity in multi-site operations
• Strong understanding of MRP, RCCP, and network planning processes
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is strongly preferred
• Excellent analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder alignment skills
• Strong systems knowledge, preferably Infor M3 or equivalent
• Fluent in English (Spanish is an added asset)
