Overview
The firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to support its growing real estate and business litigation practice. This role is ideal for an attorney who is comfortable managing cases, handling substantive legal work, and working closely with clients.
Responsibilities- Handle real estate and business litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Conduct legal research and case analysis
- Manage title-related issues and disputes
- Participate in depositions, hearings, and settlement discussions
- Collaborate with partners and team members on case strategy
- 4-6 years of litigation experience
- Prior insurance defense experience strongly preferred
- Title work experience strongly preferred
- Experience with real estate and business litigation
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently
- Base salary range of $150,000-$180,000, depending on experience and overall fit
