Overview
Foreclosure Paralegal (Defense / Creditors’ Rights)
Reputable, regional law firm is seeking a Foreclosure Paralegal to support its creditors’ rights and foreclosure practice in the Dallas office
. This role focuses on representing lenders and mortgage servicers in Texas foreclosure matters.
- Manage foreclosure files from referral through sale and post-sale
- Prepare and file foreclosure documents, pleadings, and notices
- Ensure compliance with Texas foreclosure statutes and client guidelines
- Coordinate with clients, trustees, title companies, and opposing counsel
- Track deadlines and maintain accurate case records
- 2+ years of experience working as a paralegal
- Foreclosure or creditors’ rights paralegal experience preferred
- Experience representing lenders or mortgage servicers preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office
