Associate Attorney – Intellectual Property (Dallas, TX)

Dallas-based law firm clients are consistently seeking Intellectual Property Associates to support growing IP practices across litigation and prosecution.

• IP litigation involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, or trade secrets

• Patent prosecution and portfolio management (for prosecution-focused roles)

• Trademark clearance, registration, and enforcement

• Drafting pleadings, motions, office actions, and responses

• Working closely with clients on IP strategy and protection

• 2–6+ years of IP experience

• Patent bar eligibility or registration (for patent-focused roles)

• Technical background (engineering, CS, life sciences) preferred for patent roles

• Strong writing and analytical skills

• Texas bar admission preferred

• Sophisticated, high-value work

• Strong demand and long-term stability

Location: Dallas, TX

Base Salary Range: $135,000 – $205,000, depending on experience, IP focus, and technical background.
