Insurance Defense​/Liability Associate Attorney

Role Overview

• Manage cases involving general liability, premises liability, auto, and related matters

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses

• Take and defend depositions as experience allows

• Communicate with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel

• 1–6 years of insurance defense or litigation experience

• Texas bar admission required

• Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Predictable workflow and clear expectations

• Competitive salary with bonus opportunities

• Hybrid options available at many firms

• Strong training for early- and mid-level associates

Base Salary Range: $105,000 – $155,000
