A top-tier Am Law firm seeks a Real Estate Finance Attorney in Dallas to handle lender-side financing, loan structuring, and complex commercial real estate deals. Join a fast-growing office with direct client exposure, strong mentorship, and clear partner-track growth.

The Texas law office was launched five years ago. To date, it has over twenty-five knowledgeable attorneys. Areas of specialization are litigation, and intellectual property law. There are seven areas of practice. Disciplines consist of banking-finance, corporate transactions-securities, intellectual property, products liability, and commercial litigation.

• Lead and support real estate financing transactions from term sheet through closing
• Represent lenders and financial institutions in commercial real estate matters
• Draft, negotiate, and review loan documents, credit agreements, and security instruments
• Conduct title, survey, and due diligence reviews
• Structure and document acquisition, development, and construction loans
• Coordinate with borrowers, lenders, and outside counsel on deal execution
• Manage closing processes and post-closing compliance
• Work closely with partners and clients on strategic transaction issues

• 4–6 years of real estate finance or lender-side transactional experience
• Background at an Am Law firm or top-tier law firm strongly preferred
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to independently manage multiple deals
